Lengthy telephonic and in-person technical rounds. The interview was okay. There were two technical rounds, but the process was very lengthy. I'm not sure why it took so long.

It was very cool. The steps are hard to mention, but it's easy to crack. Just prepare from different sites like CodeChef, HackerRank, and others, and you will get it. Note: Please study everything in depth.

I only had two phone interviews: one with a Principal Engineer and one with a Director. In summary, when you get an employee referral, Dell's interview process is not that hard.
