Friendly environment - The environment is very good, as I said. People are very helpful.
Professional - As a professional, there are chances of growth.
Salary - Not as good as other competitors in the market. Facilities - Not good. Senior management - Do not think about employees. Growth - Slow growth rate or can say nil. Opportunities - Less opportunities as a fresher.
Think about your employees first before taking any decisions.
