Pros

Good hardware, generally competitive benefits.

Cons

HR is inaccessible for employees stationed on customer sites. The IT infrastructure is some of the worst I've seen, which is particularly bad considering Dell is in IT. They are very loose with confidential information, so be ready for identity theft. No work/home life balance - on call 24x7 with unreasonable and unsustainable release schedules.

Advice to Management

Make it easier for employees to get help from HR. Try to invest in employees rather than being a body shop moving people in and out.
