Pros: Good hardware, generally competitive benefits.
Cons: HR is inaccessible for employees stationed on customer sites.
The IT infrastructure is some of the worst I've seen, which is particularly bad considering Dell is in IT.
They are very loose with confidential information, so be ready for identity theft.
No work/home life balance - on call 24x7 with unreasonable and unsustainable release schedules.

Pros: Decent mid-manager, good people.
Cons: The company is being plundered and not investing in itself. There is a constant layoff culture. Senior leadership is out of touch. They changed employment terms without negotiating.
