Dell

It was basically based on an individual's communication skills. They were not looking for skills; they were looking for individuals who had the drive to learn things. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I completed a few interviews for Dell, but I didn't receive a response for weeks. I ended up accepting a different offer. The interviews were fairly easy and almost entirely behavioral.

The first round was fine. I was asked about what was written in my CV and then questions about Windows install packages, as the job was related to it. I was also asked to write a program in C.
