They are struggling to get new projects and are nowhere in the application services as compared to other biggies like TCS and Cognizant.
Hiring people without any plan, they can throw them anytime if they couldn't manage to get projects, so be very careful before joining here. No security. Do not be fooled by the DELL name. DELL doesn't have any experience in the IT consulting business.
Don't recruit people without any plan and spoil their future.
