Pros

Opportunity to work within distributed development teams across global team members. Every project is a changeling since we manipulate a big volume of data. There is always opportunity to learn, both in the projects and in the training.

Cons

The process is very bureaucratic.

To apply some change or suggest any improvement, it is always required lots of approvals and agreements.
