Pros: Opportunity to work within distributed development teams across global team members. Every project is a changeling since we manipulate a big volume of data. There is always opportunity to learn, both in the projects and in the training.
Cons: The process is very bureaucratic.
To apply some change or suggest any improvement, it is always required lots of approvals and agreements.
