Pros

Benefits are still very good: matching 401k and health insurance. While health insurance is not as good as it once was, mental health is taken seriously at least at the management level and higher. More work can be done to lower sigma at the direct report level.

Cons

Four times the work that was done years back with less than a quarter of the people we used to have.

Fluctuations in where, when, and how work is done (outsource work, then bring it back, and outsource again).

Constantly working myself out of work, and then being inserted into teams/jobs.

Lost sense of connection to people.
