Great Intern Experience
Their internship program is extremely strong and provides the experience to take an entire project from start until finish. Normally, interns are tasked with grunt work, but this certainly was not the case. Dell Software gives you the opportunity to work on a project that you can call your own.
Dell has been experiencing financial hardships, and it was extremely unfortunate to see the entirety of the Madison department shut down. There were some extremely good people there, and it's sad to see these jobs go overseas.
Keep the internship program just the way it is. It gives so much valuable experience to aspiring developers.
