Just joined Dell through the EMC acquisition. So far, I don't have any major complaints. Mainly, they just let us do business as usual.

Strange rules regarding management having to be 8s: at least 8 reports to be a manager; nobody can be further than 8 levels deeper than Michael Dell.
This means I have to change my job title, continue to manage my team, and pretend I'm an IC. I suppose that sort of upheaval happens in all mergers.
Easy, few rounds, great people, and an easy process. Nice, friendly, and easy to get along with. Would recommend applying and interviewing with the team to see if it might be a good fit.
It was okay. They expected someone more in touch with C programming basics and more fundamental concepts. No DSA or system design questions were asked, which is what I had prepared for. The overall process was pretty quick. The recruiter scheduled a
1 Technical + 3 Virtual onsite. Overall experience was good, but I was rejected with positive feedback, as they were looking for someone with more experience. If they had read my resume, they could have quickly determined this.
