Make quick decisions and turnarounds. Young and energetic, with good cash flow. Compensation is not bad.
Always a follower. Tried on different products, but didn't put in enough effort. Still focused on the PC business, which is obviously on the down slope. Don't have enough strength in development.
Make up your minds on where the company is going and then focus on the direction. If the mobility market is something that we cannot give up, then work full speed on it.
