A healthy and motivating work environment with good salaries
The team I worked with had a healthy work environment, with a focus on learning and implementation while having a good mix of fun and work. The manager, product managers, owners, and the architects were really supportive, and the entire team was always ready to help in any way they could.
There is a good salary range, growth, and perks.
Sometimes the work can be stagnant in certain teams, although they are undergoing changes too.
Also, during production deployments, as in many other companies, the time schedules and work are hectic. However, measures are tried to be taken for people to not be working in odd hours.
Constant certification requirements, not mandatory but for upskilling of employees in all aspects.
