Good work culture, but need to get better projects
Good work-life balance, good leave policy.
You do not get to work on new technologies. You get high variability in types of projects, with some being very good and some bad.
The India unit of Dell is just a namesake unit. Mgmt needs to relook at the kind of work that is done here and offer better projects.
