Healthy environment and up
Healthy environment and up
- The family, vibes, activities, and a healthy environment.
- Being part of a team working out to be the next best Center Of Excellence (CoE).
- Excellent social and medical insurance.
- Managers are so people-oriented and, for me, one of the best things I have at Dell.
- Personal development plan supported by managers, mentors, and learning and upskilling platforms.
- Base compensation is a bit average or sometimes below average after recent economic crises.
- Bonuses are, literally, a joke.
- Sometimes, a healthy and friendly environment can lead to a loosened set of rules that can affect work.
Keep up what you're doing.
