TBH, the work culture depends upon managers to managers, and people to people. Here at Dell, I've felt that the work culture is great, as you get to work on things that have potential and the management is good.
Well, we have to come to the office 5 days a week. That seems to be a bit too much, but it has its own pros in its way.
