Dell has one of the best work cultures and great mentors. The leaders here are supportive, and there are multiple career development programs for fresh graduates to thrive at Dell.
Salary and compensation are not up to market standards. Although there is a lot of work-life balance, one might feel there are fewer opportunities for growth in certain teams.

Software Engineer -2
Basic screening with questions about yourself, including your past and education, what motivates you, etc. The rest was a baseline on what the role was. That was about it. There were no specific technical or role-related questions.

It was taken by one of the senior members of the staff. There were approximately 4 rounds of interview, but I got till the 3rd round. The last round was the toughest. I would suggest a good brush-up on DSA.
