It's a really good place to work without stress, and you always have the window to show your abilities and superpowers. It's also a nice place to build and improve your communication and soft skills.
Technically, I didn't work on very challenging problems. Most of the projects were on a small scale, and the impact of most of the projects I saw was not that big.
