My favorite part of working at Dell is the coworkers and my team. I love the culture that has been instilled at Dell throughout the years.
I believe the benefits could be better, although not bad as well.
Had three tech rounds that spanned over two months. Each round consisted of Java basics, Java multithreading, and Java DS program questions. Qualified in each round. Gave an HR interview. Even prior to all these, I had a firm ask regarding my ECT
Basic screening with questions about yourself, including your past and education, what motivates you, etc. The rest was a baseline on what the role was. That was about it. There were no specific technical or role-related questions.
It was taken by one of the senior members of the staff. There were approximately 4 rounds of interview, but I got till the 3rd round. The last round was the toughest. I would suggest a good brush-up on DSA.
