A non-toxic work culture and a slow pace in the storage organization.
There's absolutely no growth for freshers financially and career-wise.
Allocate projects to freshers based on their interest and try to utilize their zeal to the fullest.

Basic screening with questions about yourself, including your past and education, what motivates you, etc. The rest was a baseline on what the role was. That was about it. There were no specific technical or role-related questions.

It was taken by one of the senior members of the staff. There were approximately 4 rounds of interview, but I got till the 3rd round. The last round was the toughest. I would suggest a good brush-up on DSA.
