Good company, good onsite opportunities, and work-life balance is excellent. Overall, a great company to work for, and the environment is good.
Increment is average. Growth is a bit slow, and sometimes it takes a bit more time. Fewer projects mean maintenance is kind of more work.
Need to work on training stuff. Very few training classes in various technologies. Need to increase project-specific training. That's all.
