People working under a manager are treated like Saravana Stores employees, where an employee is literally a slave. Managers compete with employees and get jealous if you work well. I have never seen this kind of behavior.
Sorry to say this. You have a really good, sharp, and thinking workforce. Please use it to the best of the company. Don't follow the service-based companies.
