Good environment to work in
People are supportive and have freedom of work. No micromanagement happens, which gives us free will to work as and when comfortable.
Expectations are too high from a fresher's point of view. The starting phase gets difficult to go through as we need to learn the product and contribute. But that being said, it is the case everywhere.
