Good company, but employees undervalued
Great manager and team. Very flexible. Good work-life balance. Nice perks, such as bonus, family healthcare, life assurance, etc.
- Promotions NEVER happen.
- Work is not challenging at all.
- You will spend most of your time fixing bugs or doing other mediocre work.
- You do so little challenging work you will get worse as a programmer.
- Yearly salary increases are tiny regardless of work put down.
- Mentally draining when endless months of tiny bug fixes.
Can't flaw management, as they are fantastic. They don't have control over the decisions of those higher up who are calling the shots.
