- Offers interesting career opportunities.
- Good chances of getting allocated on an international project (including international travel).
- Too much politics gets in the way of career paths.
- If you want to shine, make sure you hang out with the right leaders.
Pay more attention to the talent in your team. Do not promote only the brown-nosers. Offer some more flexibility: work from home, etc.
