Very good company culture and good learning opportunities. Prepared leaders and teams with very well-prepared people.
They take too long to promote employees, often forcing staff to work for years in a position below the salary they should receive. The salary is good initially, but if the employee shows interest in growing, it takes a long time for that to happen.
