Flexibility to work from home.
Huge cafeteria on campus (before COVID).
I met some nice people there.
Management at Dell is not trustworthy. They may say one thing to you today and do the opposite.
Compared to other companies, I think that Dell is kind of behind from a software development standpoint.
Long hours of work. Work-life balance is not for everybody.
Do not see people as disposable things, and truly listen to your employees.

Software Engineer In Test
It took 4 weeks. I applied for the job from their website. 1. After 1 week, I had my first phone interview, which lasted about an hour. The questions included brain teasers, basic technical skills, how to test a "random generator tool," some C/C++
