First, they offer a phone interview. Everyone automatically has to take the HackerRank assessment of three questions beforehand. I took that assessment, and after one phone interview, I got the offer.

The virtual call was chill. I sat down and spoke with a recruiter about non-technical questions regarding past experiences and projects. Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable conversation. Be prepared to speak on past experiences.
