Pros

You can manage work-life balance quite well as there's flexibility with your work schedule, though you need to work a few common hours with global teams.

Remote working was quite the norm even before the pandemic; it's a significant benefit for those commuting in cities with dense traffic.

There are good opportunities to learn and contribute if you are talented (Individual Contributor).

Cons
  • Growth up to manager level is quite okay with work and talent; beyond that, only visibility and marketing take center stage in some divisions, unfortunately (no objective assessment) than work accomplished.
  • Employee benefits are not on par with other good, employee-friendly companies.
Advice to Management

Make sure there's an objective evaluation framework for management career growth, as it's highly subjective in some organizations.
