Benefits:
No cons during my time.
The interview was very brief. They asked only a few questions, and to be evaluated solely on them seems very unusual. Overall, the level of questions was average and could be answered if you were prepared.
The interview went on for two days. On the first day, they asked basic C and C++ questions. On the second day, they asked about aptitude and logical reasoning. They also asked how to convert a 20-digit number to a 10-digit number and how to encrypt
This was a waste of time. I would not suggest anyone go through their process. The HR representative was really unprofessional. The questions asked were not at all relevant, and it seemed they just wanted to kill time.
