The hiring manager sent me an email to decide on the talk time. I was then given 10 minutes of Q&A, focusing on my experience. After that, a time was chosen to talk to their manager later. I am now waiting for the interview with the manager.

Hiring was done based on a hackathon. Teams were given a problem statement and tasked with creating a full-stack solution, which was then presented. Mentors were helpful while guiding us through the hackathon organized by the company.
