A well-managed company with great employees. Everyone is very knowledgeable. Other engineers are very willing to help out others. Also, there is a great work-life balance. It's a great place to work if you have young children.
Very complex environment. A very long learning curve before you become productive.
Salaries aren't keeping up with the market, at least not in the North East.
