Work from home friendly.
Great perks for parents.
Great benefits.
Lacking vision.
Employees are expendable.
Constant fear of job loss throughout the company.
Other companies provide the same perks with a better environment.
Figure out where the company is headed and align the talent you have to drive the company in that direction. If there is no direction, then upper management is failing to communicate that to others, because a lot of people I know in the company, across different organizations, also lack the insight.
