Architects are usually up-to-date on technology and make architecture decisions based on the latest versions (.NET, etc.).
On-site gym, onsite Wells Fargo, cafeteria in every building.
Quality of co-workers is quite poor.
Interviews are based solely on technical phone screens and don't rely on any form of personality screen. As a result, you end up with a bunch of typical engineer jerks who take themselves way too seriously.
Consider subsidizing the food in the cafeteria. The food is overpriced by any cafeteria standard.
