Flexible work schedule and location.
Opportunities to work on new projects.
Pay above average.
Good benefits.
Hard to get promoted.
No recognition for working on extra projects.
No employee development whatsoever.
Managers are the absolute worst.
Constant change of VP & Execs.
Acts like a startup but has the redtape of a large company.
Countless initiatives that die after a year or two and bring little value.
Hire good quality VPs & execs and give them time to make a difference. Keeping a revolving door of leaders means the entire company is lost. It's 5 years since Mr. Dell came back, and the enterprise solution transformation has hardly happened.
