Dell

The technical round was good, but the managerial round was unfair. It was getting late, so they ended the process. We had to wait the whole day for a bad interview experience. There were no proper plans and no information.

I submitted a resume during a college career fair, and we moved forward with an on-campus interview. A lot of behavioral questions were asked, such as why Dell and what I planned to achieve there. There were no onsite interviews.

There are 4 rounds in total. There was no online coding round. The process started with 2 technical rounds, followed by 1 managerial round and 1 HR round. I was a lateral hire, so the process might be different for campus hires.
