The hiring process was smooth, easy, and good. I completed it in a week and received an offer. The process was fast and organized. I joined after completing my notice period at my old organization.

The interview was conducted in the Bangalore Dell office for the position of Software Development Engineer. There were three rounds of interviews. Mostly, some basic questions were asked about what was on the resume.

Virtual interviews, though the norm now, are more difficult, especially for open-ended questions like System Design. The Hiring Manager also seemed to be in a hurry, stating he had another interview to conduct.
