Mechanical Engineering Intern
Single round, behavioral interview. Questions asked about my resume, previous projects, what I hope to gain from this internship, and what kind of work I am interested in doing. Dell does not conduct technical or on-site interviews for internships.
Software Developer
It has 4 rounds: 2 technical, managerial, and HR. The first technical round focuses on deep technical knowledge, followed by a behavioral skill assessment that looks at how you handle difficult situations and achieve positive outcomes.
Lab Management and Automation Student
The interview process took a bit longer than two weeks. There were three rounds of interviews: two technical and one final with HR. The answers and invitations to the next interview were very fast.
