Recommends
Pros
  1. Wonderful learning opportunities.
  2. Rich culture.
  3. Gives utmost importance to diversity and inclusiveness.
  4. Social responsibilities are good initiatives, and giving back to society is a way of doing not just work.
Cons
  1. Authority-driven company.

  2. Good to work under US, Australia, or India higher management. If your higher management is in Israel and you are based out in India, Australia, or Singapore, etc., you will experience the biased nature of higher management, low hikes, very few shares, reduction of management in other locations while retaining it locally (Israel), more stressful work in other locations, no growth, and a lack of empathy, etc.

  3. Not a good place for entry-level managers (manager 2) and senior manager roles.

  4. People who have been in the system for more than 10 years see little to no growth.
