Pros

Some of the people at work were OK.

Cons

The company doesn't care about the employees.

Management is all offshore, so the employee doesn't get any support. You only get dumped on.

When someone leaves, the person doesn't get replaced; your workload grows.

There is no advancement, raises are very small, and only more and more work gets dumped on you.

Advice to Management

Stop moving everything offshore. There are great people here that can do a much better job.
