Large organization, one has ample opportunities in various areas. It's a large field to play upon.
No salary hikes, not good pay, master. The company focuses so much on saving operational costs that you would not even get a single paper to take a printout. No cups to drink water. No stationery. Pathetic facilities for employees. Except for very senior folks, the rest are cattle class. No parties at all.
Management should not skim so much from the operational budget that it leads to employee dissatisfaction. Although Mr. Vaswani says that employees are Dell's assets, they are majorly considered as cattle.
The interview went smoothly, and I was updated with each step. It was a nice experience overall. HR was very cooperative throughout the process. Thank you for the hospitality. The interviewers were very professional in asking questions.
It went very smoothly, and everyone was kind and welcoming. The process was quite clear, and there were three interviews in total. I was expected to work on a presentation for the third interview, but I had enough time and guidance to prepare for it
It was a fairly typical technical interview, with questions about my background in the tech field. I’ve been in the field for years, so it wasn’t a stressful interview. The interviewer was very personable and fairly open.
