Very nice and almost always kind and polite. Lots of opportunities to move around in the company. Very world and diversity conscious.

Not all groups, teams, or ORGS are the same. The ORG I was in was not as accepting of or understanding of issues around mental health. If you came from a company Dell purchased, the original Dell people do not listen as well or take your comments as seriously, even if you are the SME. Square pegs that go into round holes (like me) don't fit in as well. They were very shortsighted when it came to the big picture and best solutions, which drove up labor hours for no reason.

You really should have listened to the SMEs in this arena. "It's too hard to change our SKUs." Several years later, after millions of dollars being spent, you are now changing the SKUs.
