I worked hard and worked with great colleagues. It was very convenient to work from home.
I learned how to be a better employee.
Poor administrative practices. Very dated internal tools. Very limited US hiring in the future.
Probable additional reductions in force with the adjustment to privatization.
After almost 17 years, I was terminated after NOT being allowed to take voluntary separation 60 days prior; the result was reduced severance and an abrupt departure.
Multiple changes in strategic direction created too much turmoil. We need to work smarter, not harder. We need to learn how to say "no".
