I'm still here after 8 years and can honestly say it is the best company I have ever worked for.
Constantly challenged (in a good way), constantly learning, great work-life balance, and amazing people. Management is excellent, always taking themselves to task to see if they could do better. Annual management review by employees that is actually listened to and acted upon.
Despite the size of the company, it can move fast.
Layoffs can occur, but if you are in a progressive team, you are safe.
Keep doing what you're doing.
