Pros

You can work from home most of the time.

Cons

The future of the company is unpredictable. Dell Services has a lot of cool technology; however, the sales team hasn't figured out how to sell it. The company has gone through a major overhaul by throttling up offshore FTE while getting rid of US-based FTE. Back office roles are okay offshore or nearshore; however, customer-facing roles require in-country FTE, which the management doesn't seem to understand or refuses to accept.

Advice to Management

Look at the other large technology service providers in the industry and learn from their mistakes instead of repeating the same. Hire leaders, not managers.
