Competitive salary, the ability to review management. "Tell Dell." The company has gone private (yet to see what that will look like).
Not empowered to hit year-after-year targets, thousands were laid off right before Christmas 2013. The bean counters make travel life difficult: receipts for anything over $10, cannot book our own travel, etc. For a company that makes laptops, we tend to get the scraps from the bottom of the barrel.
There's too much redundancy and competition among groups to a fault.
