GAP/GRD pay is very low. I do not suggest this department for the long term, although I wasted more than 5 years here. I had only one promotion just because other people left. I worked like a slave, with no appreciation or fake appreciation. The team size is decreasing every year, with less scope for growth. People have acquired managers and senior advisors and do nothing.
Girls are not allowed to come into the office or go out between 8 PM and 6 AM if they are traveling on their own. They have to use a cab.
Take action if you are not getting results (tell Dell). Your company is wasting a lot of money to achieve results every year.
