Work is good, but management is not at Dell-GRD
Work-life balance at Dell is by far the best among its peer companies.
Management doesn't show interest in the individual growth of its team members.
Management should listen to understand, not just to reply. None of the team members' suggestions or queries were ever answered, especially in the GRD Team. I've never seen so many advisors working in one department.
