Work-life balancing is good at EMC, and I'm not sure how it will turn out after the acquisition.
Good pay and benefits when you can land in the right organization that is not about to get the ax and be sent off.
Low salaries, and they don't pay for cell phones unless employees travel over 50% of the time.

It was a nice experience overall. Not extraordinary, but the entire process felt quite average in nature. However, everything moved along smoothly without major issues, making it fairly comfortable and satisfactory.

There were 3 rounds with 3 interviews. One online test focused on Data Structures and Algorithms. It was a medium to hard round, but the questions were standard. Data Structures and Algorithms problems could be done within 20-30 minutes.
