Good compensation. Good people around. Good company policies.
Less work for the individual, good work for the team.
Not very challenging. If you don't push yourself, you will be lazy.
Management, who is not in India, hears the problems of Indian employees but doesn't do anything. We didn't get a dedicated desk to sit at for five years.
